The good news is “Man is what he thinks all day long” (Ralph Waldo Emerson). The bad news is, “Man is what he thinks all day long”. How do you use the power of your thoughts to create your life?
Dr. Joseph Murphy states, “Your subconscious mind accepts what is impressed upon it or what you consciously believe. It does not reason things out as your conscious mind does, and it does not argue with you controversially.” Your subconscious mind is like a bed of fertile soil and its’ job is to grow whatever seed is planted, whether the seed is good or bad. Seeds of any kind are accepted without question. Your thoughts are the seeds. Healthy, inspiring thoughts that fill your soul with joy continue to grow positively in your subconscious mind. Likewise, negative, destructive thoughts continue to grow negatively in your subconscious mind. Sooner or later, these emerge and take shape as an outer experience. You are “what you think about all day long”.
You have the ability to choose. Choose wholeness, health, abundance and happiness. Choose to believe that something good is happening for you right now. You deserve it!
Many are able to shift their thinking easily, others have a more difficult time. One lady shared that she had a strong desire to “turn her thinking around” and “wake up with a sense of happiness rather than doom”. But after years of trying to make the shift she still felt “stuck in negative thinking”. After learning that clinical hypnotherapy is a powerful tool for self-improvement, she came into the studio and after a handful of sessions, she reports feeling energized and relaxed, with feelings of clarity. She exuberantly shares, “I have become a much stronger woman!”
