“I am happy to finish this conversation with you when you’ve done Superbrain Yoga. Call me back when you have and we’ll pick up where we left off.” My son, who was on the phone with a family member, could clearly see that the conversation was becoming a little heated and something needed to change to create a healthier outcome. Superbrain Yoga to the rescue! A few minutes later his phone rang and they proceeded in a balanced and emotionally healthy way.
Your brain is involved in everything that you do. When your brain doesn’t work right, you don’t work right. Superbrain Yoga is a quick, effective technique that helps your brain work right in less than one minute. It’s a SUPER complement to my Life Coaching practice as an added technique that helps clients create the life they desire. Superbrain Yoga energizes and recharges the brain, in other words, it increases peak performance. It appears that by utilizing principles of subtle energy and ear acupuncture it integrates, synchronizes and balances the brain. This simple technique activates neural pathways which energizes the whole brain and nervous system. When incorporated into a regular routine 1-3 times a day people report lasting results and studies show that even IQ is increased. Please note that this is a “use it or lose it” technique.
Do you have 1-3 minutes to bless your life in any of the following ways?
Attention Parents! Could your child(ren) benefit from any of the following benefits?

I’ll start with giving you a warning. You may feel a little goofy at first but as you feel the results you’ll most likely embrace goofy as your new hip look! When possible, wear comfortable clothing and remove any ear jewelry before starting. Avoid doing the exercise immediately after eating and before bed.
Step One: Stand with your feet about shoulder distance apart, toes pointing forward.
Step Two: Place your tongue at the roof of your mouth behind your front teeth and keep it there until the exercise is completed.
Step Three: Hold your right ear lobe between your left thumb and finger, with the thumb on the outside (the part you see in the mirror) of the lobe.
Step Four: Hold your left ear lobe between your right thumb and finger, again with your thumb on the outside of the lobe. You should now be holding both earlobes with your arms crossed over your chest, right arm on top.
Step Five: Look directly ahead and commence doing a body squat by slowly bending your knees and lowering your body toward the floor. Go as low as you comfortably can and then slowly raise yourself back to a standing position. Inhale as you squat and exhale as you stand. Some enjoy counting slowly to 5 as they squat, hold for the count of 5 and then stand to the count of 5. Note: if you have trouble squating use the power of your imagination and visualize and feel yourself squating. Research about the power of your brain suggests that it is possible for you to benefit from an exercise even if you don’t actually physically do it.
Step Six: Repeat the squats 7 times while continuing to hold your earlobes. When you’re ready repeat the squats 14 times then increase to 21 squats.
Results may be immediate or gradual. Concentration should certainly be stronger within 3 weeks. The exercise only needs to be done once a day and for greater benefit it can be repeated as often as desired.
For the Committed Master Choa Kok Sui who discovered this incredible technique, the exercise is more effective if done while facing east (where the sun rises) with the tongue pressed firmly into the roof of the mouth – a tip no stranger than being told to hang on to your earlobes!
Why Wait? So, with an exercise this easy why not commit to giving your brain a regular workout? Just hold those ears and bend the knees for a few minutes each day to have clearer thinking and a sharper memory.
